About Us

Who we are

The Sudbury Community Service Centre is a not-for-profit organization that has been in existence since 1972. Over the past five decades, our service has evolved from providing family, individual and credit counselling programs to offering more specialized supports.

Our agency currently offers Financial Empowerment Services to lower income Canadians, newcomers to Canada as well as many First Nation communities.

In addition to this program, our organization provides a variety of specialized services to support individuals who have a developmental disability. These programs include the Adult Protective Service Worker Program. the Clinical Service Program, the MCCSS Passport Program Administration and Coordination Service, the Complex Support Coordination Program, the Specialized Case Management Program, the Justice Support Program, and our Life Skills Development Program.

“Serving the public & private clients in the Sudbury region since 1972"

With each of our programs, our goal is simple. We want to educate, empower, and support people to live happier, healthier and more enriched lives.
